HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!
Our SIR Branch #106 2025 Holiday Party was held on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at the Rancho Solano Club House. This was a really great Holiday Party! Our social hour began around 11:00 am, with lunch being available in a buffet style setting at around 12:30.
We had 130 guests; Sir Members, spouses, other family members and friends. Our Big Sir Tom Meissner welcomed all in attendance, We, as always opened our luncheon with a prayer and the singing of our National Anthem, both led by Ron Lodetti. Our New 2025 BEC Members were installed.
We had an excellent lunch of Prime Rib or Salmon (Some of us had both) with plenty of salad, potatoes, etc. Our desserts were purchased at Safeway with each of our sheet cakes having a Christmas Theme and with both Chocolate and Vanilla flavors. We had more than enough desserts for all of our members and guests.
Lunch was followed by our raffle of all kinds of Alcohol, Beers, Gift Certificates, Rounds of Golf, Golf Balls and even a large package of Toilet Paper, with Lottery cards attached.
All of the center pieces (one at each table) was given to the person with their backs facing the windows overlooking the 1st tee box and fairway.
Our Big Sir (Tom Meissner) did a fantastic job as our MC for the day.
Our entertainment from the very beginning of our party until we becan our raffle was provided by Syria T. Berry - Talk about smooth vocals.
